What People Are Saying

Lifesaver
I am writing this thank you letter in gratitute for the assistance I received. I am going through a difficult time, recovering physically, emotionally and financially from a really bad car accident. I was unable to work from March 2022 – Dec 2023. I fell behind in my finances, but getting back on my feet, and this assistance has given me hope and a light at the end of the tunnel.

Most appreciated
I am a 39-year old single mother, and 100% disabled (and unemployable) a Marine veteran whose car you recently authorized funds to help fix my vehicle. I have complex PTSD and am unable to take public transportation. I thank God for each and every one of you, and pray you experience blessings for your mercy and generosity for years to come.

Beyond Grateful
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you’ve done for me and my family means more than I can put into words. Having our rent covered took such a huge weight off our shoulders, and we’re beyond grateful for the support. Life has thrown a lot our way, but knowing there are people like you looking out for veterans and their families makes all the difference.
